For I will not be crossing the Jordan, because I must die in this land. But you shall cross over and take possession of that good land.

Deuteronomy 3:25
Please let me cross over and see the good land beyond the Jordan--that pleasant hill country as well as Lebanon!"

Deuteronomy 31:14
Then the LORD said to Moses, "Behold, the time of your death is near. Call Joshua and present yourselves at the Tent of Meeting, so that I may commission him." So Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves at the Tent of Meeting.
